The Pacific Guardian Life Diamond Head 7 is a single premium, fixed annuity with a seven-year guaranteed fixed rate of return. After seven years, owners have a 30-day window to withdraw, transfer, or reinvest their entire account balance. If no election is made, the account will renew for a new term at a new declared rate.
Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted. Spousal continuances of the contract are allowed upon the first passing. There are no surrender penalties at death. A Life Events Rider (described below) is included at no additional cost.
