The Oceanview Life Harbourview 7 is a longer term, seven-year annuity offering guaranteed returns and 10% liquidity beginning in year two. After seven years, the account value (principal + interest) is completely liquid and available for withdrawal, reinvestment, or transfer. If no action is taken at renewal, then a new 7-year term begins with a new surrender schedule.
There are three rate bands available. Currently, lower rates are available for deposits between $20K – $69.9K. Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted and accounts can be established for most corporations. All interest rates are .10% lower for accounts originating in California. The full accumulated annuity account value is available at death.
