The Fidelity Security Life TaxVantage MYGA 7 is a single premium annuity with a seven-year rate lock. After seven years, owners have a 30-day window to withdraw, transfer, or renew their full account value. A new term will begin if no action is taken during the renewal window.
This annuity is available in all states except CA, DE, NJ, NY, OR, PA, and WA. Both qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted. This contract includes a Market Value Adjustment.
This policy includes three benefit features at no extra cost. The first two are free withdrawal features and allow for Accumulated Interest Withdrawals and a 10% Free Partial Surrender (after 1 year) while the contract is in its maturity term. The third feature, called the Death Benefit rider, waives any surrender and MVA charges upon passing.

This annuity offers three Optional Benefit Riders, each reducing the yearly interest rate by the corresponding percentage. If desired, owners can add a Required Minimum Distribution withdrawal (.15%), IRC Code Section 72t & 72q withdrawal (.05%), and/or a Terminal Medical Condition/Nursing Home (.15%) withdrawal rider for anticipated liquidity needs.
