The Fidelity Security Life TaxVantage MYGA 3 is a single premium annuity with a three-year rate lock. After three years, owners have a 30-day window to withdraw, transfer, or renew their full account value. A new term will begin if no action is taken during the renewal window.
This annuity is available in all states except CA, DE, NJ, NY, OR, PA, and WA. Both qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted. This contract includes a Market Value Adjustment.
This policy offers optional special benefit riders that owners can add to their annuity policy. Each rider will reduce the yearly interest rate if selected. Special benefit riders include 10% free withdrawals, terminal illness/nursing home rider, accumulated value at death, free interest withdrawals, required minimum distributions, and IRC 72t and 72q withdrawals.
