The Ceres Life MYGA 3 is a single premium, fixed annuity with a three-year rate guarantee. After three years, owners have a 30-day window to renew, withdraw, or transfer their full contract value. If no action is taken after 30 days, a new 3-year (or longest available) contract will begin with a new surrender schedule.
This policy includes 10% free withdrawals beginning in year two and is RMD-friendly. Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted and the contract includes an MVA feature.
There are no surrender penalties upon passing. The full accumulation value is available to the owner’s beneficiaries.
