The Americo Platinum Assure 2 is a single premium, fixed annuity with a two-year rate guarantee. After two years, owners can withdraw, transfer, or reinvest their full account value. If no action is taken, the company will declare a one-year interest rate with no surrender penalties. The policy does not automatically renew for a new term.
This policy includes a Market Value Adjustment feature. It also includes free 3% free withdrawals in all years. There are no surrender charges at passing.
