The Talcott Financial EverStead MYGA 9 is a single-premium fixed annuity with a nine-year rate guarantee. After nine years, owners can make a full or partial withdrawal, transfer their account balance, or renew for a new term. If no action is taken within 30 days, a new 9-year term will begin.
This policy includes 10% free withdrawals in all years. It is RMD-friendly and suitable for IRA and other qualified accounts. There are no surrender penalties upon passing
Two rate bands are available. The highest rates are for deposits above $100K, while lower rates apply to amounts between $25K and $99.9K. This annuity includes a Market Value Adjustment for withdrawals above the free amount during the surrender period.
