The Revol One Excelera 7 is a single premium fixed annuity with a seven-year guaranteed rate lock. After seven years, owners have a 45-day window to transfer, withdraw, or reinvest their entire account value. If no action is taken, a second term of the same length will begin with enhanced liquidity provisions.
During the first seven-year term, the policy only offers penalty-free withdrawals for IRA Required Minimum Distributions. If renewed for a second term, 10% free withdrawals are included at no cost. There are no surrender charges at death. The death benefit includes positive MVA adjustments. Both qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted.

Notable Features
At no extra charge, this contract waives surrender charges if the owner is in a nursing home or diagnosed with a terminal illness. Nursing home confinement must be for at least 90 days. Terminal illness diagnosis would expect the owner to live no more than 12 months.
