The Delaware Life Pinnacle Plus MYGA 3 is a single premium, fixed annuity with a three-year rate guarantee. After three years, owners have a 30-day window to withdraw, transfer, or select a new guarantee period. If no election is made, a new term of the same length begins (where allowable) with Delaware Life.
Two interest bands are available. Deposits over $100K receive the highest interest rate, while amounts between $25K and $99.9K receive a lower rate. Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted. All contracts include an MVA provision. There are no surrender penalties at death.
